Weight Loss: Proactol or Alli? What’s Better?

Published by Aditya under useful articles

Fed up of being duped into buying the latest weight loss product, only to find out later that its benefits do not match what they were offering? We know we are.

That is why we have compared all the leading weight loss products on the market to ascertain which can offer the best weight loss results.

And we think we have found them: Proactol™ and Alli.

What is Proactol?

Proactol is clinically proven to:

  • Bind up to 28% of your dietary fat intake
  • Suppress your appetite
  • Lower your blood cholesterol levels
  • Decrease food cravings
  • Reduce your calorie intake by 150 calories per meal
  • Increase joint flexibility
  • Reduce aching limbs

What is Alli?

Alli is clinically proven to:

  • Prevent the absorption of fat by 25% by inhibiting the enzyme in your pancreas that is responsible for the breaking down triglyceride in your intestines
  • Reduces calorie intake

Alli Vs. Proactol

Both renowned for reducing fat ingestion, their initial similarities are impressive. But after a closer look, we discovered some startling side effects about Alli that put Proactol at the forefront of our minds as the dietary supplement to recommend.

The down side of Alli diet pills – the messy side effects!

Gas, incontinence and oily spotting (diarrhoea)… these are just to name a few of the embarrassing negative side effects that Alli pills have got to offer. But this is not the worse of it. Many customers have reported continued discomfort even a week after they have stopped using the product. Not exactly confidence inspiring when you compare Alli to Proactol™.

With no known side effects, Proactol™ offers nothing of the above. If anything it is much more efficient – 3% more efficient to be exact.

The root of the problem…

Placed side by side, one of the many limitations we found with Alli is its one sidedness. Yes it is true - if your diet is well balanced with less than 15g of fat per meal, you will experience an easy weight loss of 1-2lbs a week. But apart from reducing a consumer’s fat intake by 25%, it hasn’t got much else to offer, other than the ritual dilemma of: is it safe to go out?

In truth, there is nothing easy about having to worry about the movement of your bowels every time you go out, nor the problems of controlling your fat intake per meal.

We prefer Proactol - No side effects

From quality to affordability, Proactol™ may first be recognised as a natural fat-binder, but its numerous other health benefits are simply the icing on the cake to this incredible product.

From appetite suppression to a reduced calorie intake to lower blood cholesterol, consumers can also benefit from it longevity.

There is no shelf life to how long they can use it for, which is great news for anyone who struggles to keep the weight off. Once they have loss those excess lbs, they can continue to use Proactol™ to maintain their new weight for as long as they need.

This is not to say that Alli diet pills have got no benefits.

Ignoring its many side effects, when consumers invest in Alli pills they can experience guaranteed weight loss at a real and affordable price. Its marketability as your ‘ally’ has gone a long way.

It is just simply comes down to the question of: how long can consumers cope with its numerous side effects before they give in?

Too many flaws - Alli

Yet these messy side effects were the least of our concerns when we reviewed the Alli dietary pill. Its history was astounding too.

Made from Xenical, the dietary supplement has had to be reduced to half strength in order for it to be allowed on the market. So yes, they may claim to be the only over the counter dietary supplement to be approved by leading health authorities, but the lengths it has gone to, to reach this status is questionable.

And Alli’s side effects? We simply cannot ignore them when there are other products on the market such as Proactol™, who can offer better results, with no risk of the embarrassment.

Our Recommendation is Proactol

So, if you are searching for a genuine solution to natural weight loss, we recommend Proactol.

Unique and versatile, customers can benefit from more than easy weight loss when they use Proactol. They can receive all the help and support they need to achieve the bodies they have always wanted… the right way.

‘Being Social Inclined’ with Twitter = Boosted Traffic

I recently visited a blog where a twitter counter caught my attention. It looked same as Feedburner RSS reader. Then by googling about twitter I found some very nice facts bout Twitter.com. A blog named YouLookNiceToday.com’s owner has more than 30,000 followers and the weblog gets over around 30,000 unique visits everyday from twitter alone. Ya, I am talking about unique visits and not about just page impressions.

Seeing this stats, I got thrilled with just a thought of such high unique visitors everyday on a long-term basis for free. Then I proceeded joining with twitter. I signed up and was aboard within a minute and started following others. And with just half an hour of work; which included posting updates about yourself and commenting on others and following others; I got 15 followers and some private messages. I can feel the power of this Twitter Community.

Now, here is my nice way to increase your blog traffic:

Visit someone’s twitter profile and see whom they are following and follow the same. I have seen that for very 3 members you follow, you will at least get 1 follower.

I hope to get about 200 followers by the end of  December. I also hope to establish some good relationship with other webamsters. Let’s hope for the best.

Check my blog for updates on my ‘twitter followers stats’.

How to write just about “Nothing” in ample words

Published by Aditya under useful articles

Writing good and appealing content is the key to create your scuccess as an online publisher. Whether you are a personal or a professional writer, the ability to write good and compelling content is of great use. It is helpful for students, columnist, e-mail marketer, webmasters, professional bloggers and many more to express their views and opinions with clarity and without any ambiguity. Writing has become an essential means of social communication and thus to keep pace with this social means, you need to convey your ideas or opinions directly. In this post, I will tell you some tips on writing. These tips are based on Paul McHenry Roberts’s How to Say Nothing in Five Hundred Words

It is a brilliant eassay on writing skills and tips. Here is just a summary of what I understood and grasped from that marvellous peice of writing.

1. Avoid using obvious details: If you are given to write about “the positive or negative impacts of internet” - just for an example- do not just go for what everyone knows about. Writing a less common content is what makes your essay or a post more interesting.

2.Taking less common side of the argument: One usually takes the side of the argument which is most usual. Here you miss. You must always take that side which you think is least common. For example, if you write about merits of reading habit, no one will pay that interest to your post as one who has written on it’s demerits. Thus choosing less usual side is another way to enhance reader’s interest in your writings.

3.Get rid of obvious ‘beating about the bush’: Instead of analyzing a point and just going round and round it without explaining the core content, you can not enhance your writing. You must bring solidity in your writings by illustrating your points directly with suitable examples an by avoiding ‘beating around the bush’.

4.Be straight in your writings: If someone is stupid, call him stupid. Using phrases such as ” in my opinion’, ‘according to my view’, ‘from my viewpoint’ gives non-clarity to your opinions and ideas. It seems as you are not too sure about your inference. It further provides lack of solidity to your writings.

5.Use of good words: Instead of ordinary and simple phrases and words, good words should be used to enhance your writing as well as reader’s interest. Use of “her heart throbbed/pounded/fluttered” in place of “her heart beat” is one such example. In place of “He sat in his chair,” you may use, “he lounged, sprawled, coiled.
